PROGRAMMING

In 2012, AGRO will program at the 244th ACS Fall National Meeting, August 19-23, 2012, in Philadelphia, PA. Abstract submissions is now closed.  Registration and housing are now open.  The technical program will be available soon on-line. 

Events of note in Philadelphia:

  • Sunday August 19 – AGRO Business Meeting, Time and Place TBA
  • Tuesday August 21 – AGRO Social hour, Time and Place TBA
  • Wednesday August 22 – Blues and Brews Program Brainstorming, Time and Place TBA

AGRO is co-sponsoring the 5th Pan Pacific Conference of Pesticide Chemistry to be held in Beijing, China, September 17-21, 2012.  Abstracts are due by June 1st, 2012.  This conference is being held jointly with the Beijing Pesticide Society, the Pesticide Science Society of Japan, China Agricultural University, and IUPAC.  Please contact Steve Duke or Jim Seiber for more information.

AGRO has co-sponsored many ACS Symposium Series Books.

AGRO is a partner with the ACS Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry

AGRO has developed a new Mission Statement and Strategic Plan to guide its activities through 2014. Click here to see the new plan and to get involved.
